The Melton team made our move from Northern Virginia an enjoyable experience. Our family was looking to move away from congested Loudoun County Virginia to a slower pace of life. We had two key priorities in mind: one of which was high quality schools and the other was close proximity to an international airport.
A secondary interest was to be near the water but finding the right house in the right area was not easy alone. We spent hours on our own trying to find neighborhoods using the internet and maps!
When we found the Melton Team strictly by chance (I found their website online) we were so pleased with their professionalism and knowledge of the entire area that we quickly trusted them. We also liked the fact that just because we sent an inquiry to them via their website, they didn’t immediately pepper us with phone calls to find out when we wanted to move!
